The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland is Ohio’s top rated hotel, and has undergone an 18-month transformation of its 206 luxury guest rooms and public spaces adding contemporary new elegance to this iconic Midwestern landmark.

Reflecting Lake Erie which is in view from many of the rooms, the new guest rooms and suites reflect a palette of blues and taupes, while the greys reflect Cleveland’s steel-making history. Rooms come complete with Nespresso Coffee Makers, Large Smart TVs with Netflix, Sensor lighting, marble bathrooms including showers with bench seating and fogless shaving mirrors, and oversized tubs with shower wands.loca
Local artwork adorns the walls with a combination of abstract paintings, famous landmarks, scenes and views, and the natural history of the Midwest. The seventh-floor gallery has a rotating gallery.
The hotels’ public spaces have all be reconfigured, including a welcoming street-level arrival, sixth-floor lobby with a reimagined reception area and TURN Bar + Kitchen. TURN has an open floor plan with a wall of windows to downtown, leather and fabric seating, and an illuminated onyx bar.
Inspired by the champion athletes and team trainers of downtown Cleveland’s pro basketball, baseball, hockey and football stars, the Ritz-Carlton created Core. Core fitness center provides a new take on the hotel workout, with advanced training and equipment options such as bikes from Technogym and Peloton, a VersaClimber and a Fitness-on-Demand Wall providing virtual workout classes.
The hotel has a new meeting space called LINKS. LINKS is located on the seventh floor and presents a one-of-a-kind, interactive working kitchen ideal for team-building experiences, group cooking adventures, and creative food and beverage breaks.
It’s also worth the extra for lounge access for treats, drinks, and flat screen TVs.
